According to the applicable law in Greece, our player’s profits are subjected to tax rates per Casino/Live Casino player session. The player session is defined as the time between the player logins on his account until the player logs-out (participating in the Casino/Live-Casino games). In case there is a player disconnection for Technical or Regulatory reasons, the current player session will be considered as completed and Tax will be calculated and deducted (if the winning amount is Taxable).
Tax rates are calculated as follows:
•Tax 0%: player session net profit up to 100€
•Tax 15%: player session net profit from 100.01€ to 500€ (Tax is charged on the profits which exceed 100€ per player session). *
•Tax 20%: player session net profit from 500.01€ or more (Tax is charged on the profits which exceed 500.01€ per Casino/Live-Casino player session)
*Pamestoixima.gr covers a tax amount in Casino of up to 22,4€ for net winnings up to 249€. For net winnings that are greater than or equal to 250€, the total tax amount is covered by the player.
Examples:
Α) Player has net winnings of 90€
No tax is withheld since the net winnings are less than 100€.
Β) Player has net winnings of 249€
The first 100€ of the net winnings are tax free.
On the next 149€, 15% tax is applied, which is covered by Pamestoixima.gr: 149€ x 0,15 = 22,35€.
So, the player receives the winnings intact, hence 249€.
C) Player has net winnings of 250€
The first 100€ of the net winnings are tax free.
On the next 150€ 15% tax is now withheld: 150€ x 0,15 = 22,5€, as the total net profit is above 250€.
So, the player receives the amount of 250€ - 22,5€ = 227,5€.
D) Player has net winnings of 1000€
The first 100€ of the net winnings are tax free.
On the next 400€ 15% tax is now withheld: 400€ x 0,15 = 60€, as the total net profit is above 250€.
On the next 500€ 20% tax is withheld: 500€ x 0,2 = 100€.
So, the player receives the amount of 1000€ - 100€ - 60€ = 840€.
*In case that a profit emerges after the player’s session is completed, it will be taxed during your next connection to the Casino of Pamestoixima.gr.
