Cash out terms
1. The present Special Terms of Rewards complement the General Terms of Participation in OPAP S.A. Loyalty Program “PS Rewards” (hereinafter the “Program” or “PS Rewards”) and describe the way, in which Program rewards are earned from Players’ gaming activity in Pamestoixima.gr services, which participate in the Loyalty Program or from other promotional actions.
2. Points, Coins (PS Coins) and Reward Levels: The Program rewards registered players (hereinafter “Players”) with points, which turn into coins (PS Coins). The points and the PS Coins are credited to a distinct section on the Online Player Account.
Depending on the number of points, the Players are classified in levels. The points are earned in the ways described in paragraph 3, they are counted and turned into coins according to paragraph 4. Depending on the number of points, the Player is classified in levels and categories, and may get additional coins according to paragraph 5. Depending on the classification level, the categories of gifts that a Player may receive by redeeming their coins are set forth in paragraph 6, within the time period that is provided for in article 7.
3. Ways to earn points and coins (PS Coins):
Points are earned in the following ways:
3.1 Through the Player's gaming activity in Sportsbetting (including Live betting and Virtual games) or Casino (including Live Casino).
3.2 Through participation in promotional actions that are implemented in the framework of the Program, such as welcome bonus points upon registration of new Players in the Program, points earned for moving to the next level, reward points for logging in the account, or through any other action that may be set forth in the future in the framework of the Program. The number of points given each time is described in the terms of participation of the corresponding action, which are posted on ps.gr.
3.3 Through free games (F2P games), for which no money deposit or bet placement is required, according to the eventually recurrent offers and the details, which are posted on ps.gr.
3.4 Through participation in contests/ tournaments, for which no money deposit or bet placement is required. Every action has a predetermined term, according to the eventually recurrent offers and the details, which are posted on ps.gr.
3.5 Through draws conducted by OPAP S.A. for the Program’s Players, which have points and coins as a reward, according to the eventually recurrent offers and the details, which are posted on ps.gr. The time and the conditions of participation submission, the term of the action, the day and time of the draw, the rewards and any other detail shall be posted on ps.gr or it may be possible that they are communicated to the Players via personalized communication.
For the implementation of the above actions, Players shall be notified by any suitable means through the personal digital reward page (“Challenges/ChallengesP), which appears when they log in their account and select the PS Rewards section.
4. Counting of points and Exceptions from the collection of points and coins:
4.1. Without prejudice to the Exceptions, the points shall be counted as following:
4.1.1. Sportsbetting: in the collection of points and PS coins, all bets, which were settled within the time period of the Program, participate in the following way:
1 EUR = 20 points and 20 PS Coins for single bets
1 EUR = 40 points and 40 PS Coins for doubles and above (combined bets/ parlay)
4.1.2. Casino in the collection of points or PS coins, all bets that were placed in Casino games of chance, poker and its variations, conducted either live or through the use of a random number generator (RNG), participate in the following way:
1 EUR = 10 points and 10 PS Coins for Slot games
1 EUR = 5 points and 5 PS Coins for games conducted live
4.1.3. For the collection of points and PS coins from non-gaming activity, the number of points given by each of the aforementioned activities (3.2 -3.5) is described in the terms of participation of the corresponding action, which appear in Challenges section.
4.2. Exceptions regarding Sportsbetting: Bets shall not be counted, if placed:
4.2.1. with bonus money, freebets;
4.2.2. having an odd that is lower than 1.25 per selection;
4.2.3. on markets offered under 0% rake and Enhanced Odds;
4.2.4. on markets that will be partially or wholly cashed out;
4.2.5. on conflicting markets;
4.2.6. on the markets of Handicap, Asian Handicap, Asian Total Number of Goals and of Draw no Bet;
4.2.7. on events that were canceled, interrupted, or postponed due to any cause or events that for any reason were settled with the offered odd being one (1.00).
4.3. Exceptions regarding Online Casino: Bets shall not be counted:
4.3.1 if placed with bonus money, freespins, golden chips;
4.3.2 if placed on conflicting markets (i.e. black- red).
5. Reward Levels / Categories:
5.1 Classification levels and categories are determined by the reward points that each Player has collected in their account according to the aforementioned. From level 2 and above a percentage increase is applied in the PS Coins that each Player, who is registered in the Program, receives upon each bet placement on Sportsbetting or Casino, as presented in the following table:
The examples below follow:
Sportsbetting: at level 6 the player shall receive 50% more PS Coins per 10 EUR of bet placement, namely for 20 EUR of Single settled bets they shall win:
- 400 points &
- (400x50%) +400 = 600 PS Coins.
Casino: at level 2 the player shall receive 10% more PS Coins per 10 EUR of bet placement, namely for 10 EUR participation in the Slots, the Player shall win:
- 100 points &
- (10% x100)+ 100 = 110 PS Coins.
5.2 The transfer or exchange of points and other rewards from one account to another shall not be possible.
6. Reward Gifts
6.1 For each reward level, different gift categories are offered. Gifts are earned upon redemption of PS Coins, as follows:
6.1.1. as gifts of monetary value to be used in Pamestoixima.gr, such as Free Spins, Free Bets, Golden Chips, Βonus monetary amount, etc.;
6.1.2. as monetary amounts, which shall be credited to the Online Player Account; and
6.1.3. as non-monetary prizes (gift vouchers, technology gifts, experience gifts etc.).
Following the use of PS Coins in order to receive prizes, the PS Coins used are removed.
6.2 The gifts are announced in the Program's eventual offers, as they are posted on PS Shop digital section, in the personal reward page of each Player. Information on the gifts and the way to receive them may also be provided through personalized communication in the communication channels that the Player has selected, either upon their registration to the Program or at a later time through Profile Settings/ Communication Settings of their online account.
6.3 The offered gifts shall be distributed depending on the benefits included in each reward level according to the table below:
6.4 The criteria regarding the offer of benefits and gifts per level are determined by OPAP S.A. at its absolute discretion, taking the following criteria (individually or jointly) into account:
- The total number of visits that have been made to Pamestoixima.gr within a specific time period;
- each player's bets within a specific time period; and/or
- each player's bets within a specific time period; and/or.
7. Points and PS Coins duration: Points and coins may be redeemed within twelve (12) months as of their earning. At the end of each calendar month they are recalculated, resulting in the removal of points and coins that have not been redeemed or exceed the twelve-month time period. Respectively, at the end of each month (following the lapse of the first 12-months), the Reward Level or Category, in which each Player falls under, shall be readjusted.
8. OPAP S.A. may at any time and at its absolute discretion, amend the present terms and the terms of the recurrent offers. In any case, participants in the Program shall be notified in time through website www.pamestoixima.gr and through personalized communication.
9. The General Terms of Pamestoixima.gr, and the General Terms of Rewards and the terms of recurrent offers of PS Shop shall apply.
