TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The present Accession Agreement (hereinafter the “Agreement”), concluded today between you (hereinafter the “Player”) and OPAP S.A. (hereinafter “OPAP S.A.” or the “Company”), regulates your participation, by any appropriate way or means provided by the modern technology, in betting and in other games of chance conducted and organized by OPAP S.A. in Greek territory through the Internet (hereinafter the “Games of Chance”) following registration at the Online Points. The Online Points are websites or parts of them ending in “.gr”, through which you may participate in online Games of Chance, and which belong to OPAP S.A. that manages and operates them exclusively, per the applicable provisions.

 

2. Participation on this promotion by pamestoixima.gr Casino will require the acceptance of these terms and the specific terms of the daily promos as they appear in https://club.pamestoixima.gr/summer-madness (see Specific Terms).

 

3. Only registered players who have been checked for over 21 years and/or have completed the verification process of their identity and whose account is active, (i.e. not closed or suspended by OPAP S.A.) may participate in this promotion. Employees of OPAP S.A. Group are prohibited from participating in games and therefore are not entitled to participate.

OPAP S.A. may at any time and at its sole discretion to exclude players from participating in loyalty programs, where such exclusion is justified by all the circumstances (for example: violation of the terms of the Accession Agreement, possible behavior which falls within the provisions of legislation on money laundering and financing of terrorism, violations of the provisions of existing legislation on gaming industry, etc.).

 

4. This promotion will run from Monday the 12^th of July to Tuesday the 31^st of August.

 

5. The Company may amend at any time the terms of the Agreement, on the sole condition that any amendment will apply after its approval by the HGC, while the amendment will apply as of the day of its posting on the Online Points. The acceptance of the Agreement amendments is considered to be effected after the Player’s online acceptance of the new terms or, in any case, after the first session of use of his/her electronic account, following the notification of the new terms via the means set out in the present Agreement.

 

6. OPAP S.A. may at its sole discretion, in cases of dispute or disagreement regarding the validity of a player's participation in a reward program, to cancel such participation.

 

7. Subscribed players of pamestoixima.gr may choose to opt-out from the Promotion by communicating with OPAP Customer Services at 18280 (Mon – Fri 09:00 – 01:00).

 

8. OPAP S.A. may, at its sole discretion and without justification and compliance of any period, modify the terms of participation and / or the terms of use of the Promotion and / or cancel a reward and / or part or all of the individual awards contained in the Promotion and assumes no responsibility for any losses incurred as a result of the above. Therefore, the player is obliged to check regularly the available information in the sections of the Account associated with the Promotion.

 

9. OPAP S.A. is not responsible for any damage or profit loss for reasons not pertaining its sphere of responsibility and are connected to a player's participation in the Promotion, including but not limited to failure of winning cases, failure of using any award or non-compliance of the Player with the terms of the reward.

OPAP S.A. is also not responsible for any problems or damage the player may suffer due to technical problems, including but not limited, to inability to connect with the internet provider or any other failure of technical nature due to which malfunctions or difficulties or impossible access to the website www .pamestoixima.gr / or to the Online Account, may limit and / or render the player's participation in the Promotion impossible.

 

10. The above terms are governed by the Greek law and for any dispute that may arise from their application, the jurisdiction of the Courts of Athens is appropriate.

SPECIFIC TERMS

1.  The ”Summer Madness” promotion will run from Monday the 12^th of July to Tuesday the 31^st of August.

 

2.  “Summer Madness” consists of 12 daily offers and will be available to players who have an active account and have completed the KYC process of Pamestoixima.gr successfully.

 

3.  The daily promos have specific terms which are available only for registered users in https://club.pamestoixima.gr/summer-madness.

 

4.  The daily promos will be available within the time frame specified in their specific terms.

 

5. The rewards of this Promotion may include:

10. The Greek language version of this Agreement shall be controlling in all respects and shall prevail in case of any inconsistencies with translated versions.
