Terms & Conditions

1. The offer is available only once per individual, gaming account, IP, home address, payment method.

2. Only registered customers of Pamestoixima.gr participate in the offer, who have accepted to receive Offers and other commercial communication, related to online betting / casino games based on their preferences and playing behavior from OPAP SA.

3. The offer provides the return of the 10% of the net losses that may arise from activity at Virtuals+ (Inspired, Highlight, Playtech and Golden Race) from Monday 10/10 until Sunday 16/10. In the context of the offer, "net losses" are considered the total losses that may arise during the period, after deducting any total winnings (bets - winnings).

4. The reward will be calculated on the amount of the net losses as they result from bets placed and settled within the specific period of validity of the offer.

5. The refund amount will be credited on Monday 17/10 (until 23:59).

6. The refund amount should be placed at least once in order to be withdrawable.

7. The minimum refund amount is €3 and the maximum refund amount per account is €100.

8. Only bets on Virtuals+ (Inspired, Highlight, Playtech and Golden Race) are eligible for the offer.

9. Sportsbook and Casino bets are NOT eligible for the offer.

10. The offer does NOT include losses from bets placed with bonus money, freebets or from bets on conflicting results (e.g., Over 2.5 and then Under 2.5).

11. Participation in the Pamestoixima.gr rewards is optional.

12. OPAP S.A. may at any time and in its sole discretion exclude players from participating in rewards programs, provided that such exclusion is justified by all the circumstances (for example: breach of the terms of the accession agreement, it is legislation on money laundering and terrorist financing, breach of existing gambling market legislation, etc.).

13. The offer is personal and cannot be redeemed by another member.

14. In case the amount of the refund does not correspond to an integer, the refund that will be credited will occur by rounding upwards (from 0.5 to 0.9) or downwards (from 0.1 to 0.4). If for example the total net losses of a player during the offer are 52 euros and, by extension, the amount of the refund is 5.2 euros, the amount to be credited will be 5 euros. If for example, the total net losses of a player during the offer are 55 euros and, by extension, the amount of the refund is entitled to be 5.5 euros, the amount to be credited will be 6 euros.
